Authentication Option

POPBiLL provides two different authentication options to access NTS server for a crawling job. It is mandatory to pre-register the login authentication information to allow the access with either ‘HomeTax department user account’ or ‘joint certificate’ authentication option.

HomeTax Department User Account (Recommended)

This authentication option uses the department user account that is registered in HomeTax portal(free of charge). This option is semi-permanent (does not require the multiple renewal) and allows the access of multiple users.

Caution
  • If a partner uses “Webhook(Push)” method, it is mandatory to pre-register “HomeTax department user account” in POPBiLL server.
  • As the TEST stage is independently constructed from the PRODUCTION, any registered certificate and account cannot be transferred between the different stages.

Joint Certificate

This authentication option registers the joint certificate (regardless of the purpose) that is pre-registered in HomeTax portal in POPBiLL server. This option requires the renewal and re-registration for every one year and only allows an access for a single user (disconnection may occur if multiple users attempt to access at the same time).
