Joint Certificate
According to the ‘digital signature act’, only a tax invoice that is digitally signed(issued) with a certificate is legally valid. To issue a tax invoice, it is mandatory to pre-register certificate that is compatible with POPBiLL system. Every certificate is securely managed with an encryption(AES256-GCM-NoPadding).
Compatible Types
The certificates for financial transactions and special purpose that are used for tasks related to finance or online banking system are not allowed to use.

How to Register
The user can register a certificate via calling [GetTaxCertURL – URL to register the certificate] API
POPBiLL provides the mock certificate for TEST stage if the certificate registration is not allowed. Please contact the partner service center to request for this certificate.
Registered certificate cannot be transferred between each stage as the TEST and PRODUCTION stages are independently constructed.
